What is coaching?
Coaching is a tool used to empower individuals and help them reach their goals. It is a structured conversation between the Coach and the Client. During a coaching session, I will help you gain clarity and focus on your ultimate goals and aspirations. I will listen to you, ask questions, and together we will find out what your challenges are and what motivates you to reach that end goal.
Coaching is not about me giving you suggestions or advice. It is important to note that coaching is not mentoring or counselling/therapy. While I will create a safe and confidential place to explore your needs and goals, our work is forward-looking and goal-orientated, aligned with actionable steps. We will only look back if needed to address limiting beliefs should they arise—and only with your permission. Coaching is a non-directive practice, guided entirely by you.

I specialise in helping ambitious individuals rebuild confidence and navigate career pivots or life changes to regain greater clarity and purpose. With a background in corporate finance and law, I understand the internal challenges that can come with external success—self-doubt, decision fatigue, and feeling misaligned.

How does the coaching process work?
The coaching process begins with a free life coach consultation to understand your goals, challenges, and what you’re hoping to gain from coaching. It’s also a chance to check the chemistry between us and ensure we’re the right fit.
If we decide to work together, we’ll schedule regular 1:1 sessions—usually weekly or biweekly— via Zoom or in person. Each session is tailored to you and may include goal setting, mindset work, decision-making support, and practical strategies to help you move forward.
Between sessions, you’ll have time to reflect, implement changes, and stay accountable. It’s a collaborative process designed to create real, lasting change in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
